Jessie is a Maine transplant from New York (no, not the city). By day she’s a small-business owner, by night a fitness enthusiast. Prior to starting her own business, she worked as a personal trainer and small group fitness instructor for 5 years focusing on strength, functional movement, and nutrition coaching. Jessie has been a part of the CrossFit community for about 4 years now and is excited to expand her knowledge in coaching.
