HYROX workouts emphasize functional fitness and are designed to improve overall strength and cardiovascular health.
Classes will prioritize endurance and include exercises that mimic everyday movements such as lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, squatting, and lunging. Unlike our CrossFit classes, HYROX classes do not include high-level barbell and gymnastics movements.
